You can introduce any one of these vegetables to your dog, but I would do so slowly. For example, first offer him a small bit of broccoli one day, then wait for about a week to introduce another vegetable. It's advisable that you speak to your veterinarian when you are getting ready to introduce vegetables or if you will be changing your dog’s diet in any way. It's possible your dog could have a reaction from the vegetable, that's why it's good to introduce slowly.

- Vitamin B – helps the deficiencies that could result in a loss of reflexes and nerve control, poor growth, and heart failure.
- Vitamin C – works as an antioxidant and helps dogs heal when under stress or when they are sick.
- Vitamin D – retains calcium in the body.
